Hey everyone, sorry for the long delay, as some of you may know last Tuesday, my apartment building had a fire, and just starting to get back to a normal life after a very stressful and crazy week, had to stand out and watch the place go up in flames on Tuesday, ended up staying in a motel the the next few nights until our complex had new apartments ready for all residents effected, then was finally allowed access to see our place on Friday and see the damages, not a pretty sight, then had to move into our new place on Saturday and Sunday. I will have internet access again on a regular basis starting tomorrow, I will try to get back to posting something again on a daily basis, the collection did take a pretty decent hit due to this, but I will work hard to try to rebuild it, and have had many people offer their help and sent their thoughts and prayers and I just want to thank everyone who has offered help and sent their best wishes, and everyone who does help out I will make sure I note them in here..Well thats it for now, just wanted to update everyone.

I picked up a couple autographed cards from Locker Room Legends today, Clinton Portis and Eli Manning, very nice cards and pleased with the price I got them for.

Baseball and Autograph Collectors lost another legend and truly great guy today with the passing of George Kell today at the age of 86, Kell was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1983. My thoughts and prayers go out to the Kell family, and everyone associated with George.....

2009 Sage Hit Football Box Break

Hey everyone back with another box break, this time the first football product of 2009 Sage Hit, I picked up the box at Locker Room Legends, the box contains 30 packs, 5 cards a pack, one insert per pack and 6 Autographs per box..I am a fan of the product this years product is a very good looking product once again and the 6 autographs per box for the products price point is still one of the better deals out in the market.
Alright now to my box break, it was a good break not great but good, my autographs were Eugene Monroe, Marlon Lucky, Jermey Maclin, Ricky Jean-Francois, Todd Brandstater numbered 190/250 and Sammie Stroughter numbered 201/250 , with Maclin and Monroe two projected top ten guys so cant complain too much..My overall grade for the break is a solid B...

TNA Cross The Line Box Break

My First Box Break in a while, purchased a box of TNA Cross the Line from Castle Sports here in Cedar Rapids on Monday for 59.99. The product looks pretty good a very nice looking high gloss card, 20 packs per box, 6 cards per pack, an average of 4 hits per box, 2 TNAutographs with one numbered to 50 , 1 Event Used Card and 1 Parallel Card numbered to 50 , also looking for the High Impact Championship Cards...
Here are my hits in order, my first hit was an ODB Auto numbered 15/50, hit number two a Sting event used bat and shirt card numbered 17/50, hit number three, an High Impact Championship Redemption Card for a Somoa Joe signed baseball numbered to 12, and hit number four a Black Machismo Jay Lethal Autograph...
I was very pleased with the product and was a very successful break, have to rate it an A for the High Impact Championship Redemption card alone, also two decent autos and a nice event used card.
